• 20 kumquats

  • 4/5 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon (3g) TREHA®

  • 3 tablespoon (1fl oz.) lemon juice

  1. Rinse the kumquat clean with running water.

  2. Cut four vertical slits on each kumquat surface.

  3. In a pot, place kumquat and enough water (not included in the list) to cover and bring it to a boil.

  4. Turn off the heat when the film is formed, strain with a colander, and wash the fruits with running water.

  5. Return the kumquat to the pot. Add water just enough to cover, granulated sugar, and TREHA® and bring it to a boil.

  6. Turn off the heat when the fruit becomes soft. Add lemon juice and let it cool.
