Mixture A:
100 g whole eggs
75 g granulated sugar
25 g TREHA®︎
100 g unsalted butter
70 g chocolate
Mixture B:
80 g cake flour
20 g cocoa powder
1.5 g baking powder
60 g walnuts, roasted and chopped
Mix A well.
Sift B and add to A.
Melt butter and chocolate and add in.
Mix in walnuts.
Put batter into a baking tin and bake in oven at 190℃/374℉.
Makes surface and texture moist
Enhances chocolate flavors
Gives moist texture even with reduced amount of butter
