Ingredients

Mixture A:

  • 100 g whole eggs

  • 75 g granulated sugar

  • 25 g TREHA®


  • 100 g unsalted butter

  • 70 g chocolate



Mixture B:

  • 80 g cake flour

  • 20 g cocoa powder

  • 1.5 g baking powder


  • 60 g walnuts, roasted and chopped

Instructions
  1. Mix A well.

  2. Sift B and add to A.

  3. Melt butter and chocolate and add in.

  4. Mix in walnuts.

  5. Put batter into a baking tin and bake in oven at 190℃/374℉.
