The Relais Desserts International Spring Seminar, held this May 2026 in Barcelona, has brought together exclusive member chefs who hold the industry’s most prestigious membership to exchange cutting-edge techniques and celebrate excellence in haute pâtisserie.

We are honored to participate in this year’s seminar as an exhibitor at the Supplier Showroom—a valuable platform to present and explain our functional ingredient to the industry's best.
At our booth, we presented the unique, high-performance benefits of TREHA® directly to these world-class pastry professionals, drawing high interest from the elite attendees. To showcase its functional advantages, we presented a side-by-side comparison of a mousse cake crafted with and without TREHA®. Developed in collaboration with the acclaimed Takashi Ochiai Pastisseria in Barcelona, this creation left many of the attending member chefs deeply impressed by the exceptional smoothness and refined texture achieved with TREHA®.
Beyond the mousse itself, these elite culinary members were particularly intrigued by the intricate components, such as the vibrant, crisp fruit chips and delicate decorations. These high-end elements maintain their pristine quality and visual appeal over time, thanks to the unique crystallinity and low hygroscopicity of TREHA®, which effectively stabilize the physical properties of the pastries.
