Chef Takaaki Nishikawa, one of the most renowned boulangers in Japan, has been using TREHA®︎ for over 20 years. He presented us with three special selections from his shop, Ça Marche (Kobe, Japan), featuring a homemade rice flour Yudane starter and creative "upcycling" ideas for leftover bread.
