1 ½ (20 g) tablespoon ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons (20 g) TREHA®
1 pound (455 g) skin-on chicken thigh, cubed
2 teaspoons sesame oil
½ egg, beaten
3 tablespoons potato starch
cooking oil for deep-frying
In a large bowl, combine the ingredients from A.
Add chicken and sesame oil to the seasonings from step 1. Rub the seasoning mix all over the chicken pieces. Let the chicken marinate for about 10 minutes.
Mix in the ingredients from B to evenly coat the chicken pieces.
Heat the oil to 340-355˚F (170-180˚C). Deep-fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and fully cooked.
