As the first in the world to mass-produce trehalose, we have worked together with our customers to discover, nurture, and expand TREHA® ’s diverse functionalities—such as inhibiting starch retrogradation, inhibiting protein denaturation, suppressing lipid deterioration, masking off-flavors, and improving freeze-thaw stability, and so on.
