CITRAPEAK™ is composed of glucose and hesperidin, a bioflavonoid found in citrus fruits. By combining hesperidin with glucose, CITRAPEAK™ achieves significantly improved water solubility. This enhances its applicability and effectiveness across a wider range of food products, and improves its absorbability into the body, maximizing the physiological activities of hesperidin.
